How We Collect Consent

AllStay.ai enables short-term rental property managers to coordinate cleaning staff and vendors via SMS. Consent is collected through a dedicated, clearly labeled opt-in checkbox that is separate from all other agreements (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service).

  1. A property manager adds a staff member or vendor to their AllStay.ai account.
  2. When a phone number is entered, an SMS consent checkbox appears (see below).
  3. The property manager must check the box confirming the person has explicitly agreed to receive job-related text messages from AllStay.ai.
  4. No SMS messages are sent until this consent checkbox is checked and the record is saved.

SMS consent is collected independently — it is not bundled with acceptance of the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service. The consent checkbox is a standalone control that appears only when a phone number is provided.

AllStay.ai is a product of DJ RENTON LLC. We provide operations software for short-term rental property managers, including SMS-based communication for coordinating cleaning staff and vendors. Our SMS messaging is used exclusively for operational job coordination — we do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on job assignments. Typically 1–5 messages per week during active periods. Frequency depends on the number of properties and jobs assigned to each individual.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages from AllStay.ai at any time using any of these methods:

What Happens When You Reply STOP

  1. Your STOP message is immediately processed and all future outbound messages to your number are blocked.
  2. You will receive one final confirmation message: “You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number.”
  3. AllStay.ai automatically detects your opt-out status and marks your account accordingly. No further messaging attempts will be made.
  4. Your property manager will see an “SMS Opted Out” indicator on your profile so they know you are no longer reachable via text.

Re-subscribing After Opt-Out

If you previously opted out by replying STOP and wish to receive messages again:

  1. Reply START to the same number you previously received messages from. Message delivery to your number will be immediately re-enabled.
  2. AllStay.ai automatically detects your re-subscription and clears the opt-out status on your account.
  3. Your property manager will see the opt-out indicator removed and can resume sending you job notifications.
